I have a subscription. My problem is i can’t reach my account what connect to the related payment. Account recovery form not work, but i have all my information about the paid transaction. How can i get back my account or merge with anothet?

Sorry, the form is work but it says: “The receipt does not appear to be valid.”
I only have my webpage address, and the transaction ID. Unfortunately i can’t reach my google account what i used to the registration for the unreachable account, so i can’t reset my password, and i can’t get the activation key for the site.
I have all of the information about the transaction. And i don’t want to lost my site. There’s any way to support invastigate beyond the account recovery form?

Hi!
I have two WordPress accounts. What i actually logged in now, this one hase no website, no plans. And there is another, what i can’t reach and the plan is connect to this one.
The transaction ID is came for my netbank transaction history.
Two accounts, one owner. I know it’s stupid but this is.
