  I have an account using the email address (email visible only to moderators and staff). I deleted this account today for not function well, but I want to recover it. But I cannot recover that account by fulfill the recovery form

  Hi there, If you closed your WordPressdotcom account within the last 30 days, you can reply to the email you received from support in order to recover that account. Please be patient for support to reply as each time you reply pushes your request down in their queue. Thanks.

  If it has been more than 30 days since you deleted your WordPressdotcom account, it has been purged and cannot be recovered and the username cannot be reused.
