Account Recovery
-
Hello,
I have a client who doesn’t not have access to their WordPress log-in credentials or the email to which they created it from.
I cannot provide the transaction ID / URL / or two factor required for the account recovery form because I cannot access the email account they created it from.
Is there another way or any additional information that I can provide that will verify this is my client’s website?
Thanks!

What is the address of the site in question and is it definitely hosted here? Is it a free site here or does it have a custom domain? If it is the latter there may be payment details that would help the owner of the site to regain access.

That site has nothing at all to do with WordPress.com so following instructions that apply to sites hosted here will have no effect.
