  Hello,
  I set-up ans account and paid for premium. I was logging in automatically on my computer with no problem. But I never received a confirmation email. Then I got a new computer and now when I login it says my account does not exist. The email goes to an old account.

  I cannot find my premium account that I am building that I paid a year for. Please help. I have the charge on my card but not sure I have the transaction id. it’s all letters and examples are numbers

  Did the accounts recover form with the Transaction ID with no response.

  Submissions of the account recovery form goes into a support queue, and you will receive a reply from our account recovery team via email as soon as your request reaches the top of that queue.
