Hello I need to recover an old account. I remember the username and email but when I try login to reset password it says the account doesnt exist but when I try to make a new account it says the email is taken.

What is the email and/or the username associated with the account you are trying to regain access to? Is there a site connected with the account? If so, what is the URL?

The username is: Moni and I thought the email was (email visible only to moderators and staff)
THe URL was urbanfaceco.com

Hey there, so, I can’t find that user in our system, but it turns out it’s because urbanfaceco.com is actually hosted with a different hosting service.
And since your site is not here on our servers, we don’t have access to help you regain access. But I may be able to point you in the right direction.
First contact your host to be sure you have backups and can access the hosting side of your site, then read all of these instructions from WordPress.org to determine which method you want to use to regain access to your installation:
