  Hi We have no way of accessing out Website as the person who was our administrator has died and we cannot access the passwords, we have limited ability to proved evidence of site ownership again as we cannot access records the deceased administrator had. Any ideas on how to contact word press, I have not been able to send the a direct request for help as the email form demands specific evidence of site ownership.

  Wordpress.com has a procedure if the owner of a site deceased, https://en.support.wordpress.com/deceased-user/

  What is the URL of the site you’re trying to access?

  Just to expand on the reply given above, only a next-of-kin of the deceased can claim ownership over their WordPress.com account. So provided the site is hosted with us, you’ll need to reach out to deceased next-of-kin to follow that process. Once they have access to the account, they can then transfer ownership of the specific site to another admin on the site:
