  I don’t have any of the information needed for my Account Recovery. Is there another way to obtain my information and identify that I am the owner of the website? I do not want to start from scratch rebuilding what took years to establish!

  Hi @dawninsa,

  Assuming you have a paid WordPress.com plan, you can use your transaction ID found on your credit card statement to fill out the Account Recovery Form

  We are not able to discuss account recovery here in our public forums, but If you do not have the required proof you can fill out the form here (adding a random series of numbers in the spot for a transaction ID) and this will allow you to at least send a message to our account recovery team

  From there they will email you back to discuss other options. Hope this helps!
