  HELP PLEASE, I do not have access to my website https://workathomemania.org. I got a keylogger virus and it has my (email visible only to moderators and staff) and https://workathomemania.org messed up. I can’t get 2 step verification because I changed phone numbers and didn’t update it. I am in desperate need of help with this as I need to update my information.

  @rhondajsmith – It looks like the account for that site is not tied to the account you’re currently logged into.

  If you have the transaction IDs from charges on this account, you can use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site, then WordPress.com support can help you from there. You can find that form here:

  https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

  Just fill out as much information as you have including an email address where Support can get in touch. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

  WordPress XXXXXXXXXX
