  hello
  i subscribed to the weego-sn.com domain name with the email (email visible only to moderators and staff) but my email is (email visible only to moderators and staff) and so i am unable to connect and retrieve the site
  the payment was made with the following data:

  NEVER post sensitive information on a public forum. Hopefully a Staff member will remove that info before harm is done!

  @sadioseydoudiop – We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

  If you have the transaction IDs from charges on this account, you can use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site, then WordPress.com support can help you from there. You can find that form here:

  https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

  Just fill out as much information as you have including an email address where Support can get in touch. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

  WordPress XXXXXXXXXX

  To echo @staartmees, you’re posting to a public forum and transactional data like the stuff you posted can open it up for someone to claim your site, so never post that to a public forum and instead use the above link to submit that information to support.
