I have completed the account recovery form twice and still have not heard back from WordPress. The original support thread now says it is closed to additional comments. Here is the original thread.

When using the form – what is the email address you used there? Is it same address mentioned in the above thread?

Hi,
So that email address is associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from.
You’ll need to guess/remember what email address you would have used for the other account (the one that owns https://strategyandcreativity.wordpress.com/ ) in order for the account recovery form to work.
Does that make sense?

Is it not possible that I used the same email address? (To explain, I think I created the whole problem when I tried to use the mobile app on my phone and log into the strategyandcreativity site.)
In any case, if they are different email addresses, then it might be
(email visible only to moderators and staff)
(email visible only to moderators and staff)
(email visible only to moderators and staff) -
It is impossible for one email address to be associated with multiple WordPress.com user accounts. The system will not allow it to happen.
I would encourage you to enter those other email addresses into the account recovery form.
