account recovery

  I have an account http://www.frankychandra.wordpress.com
  I just remember the username.
  I want to restore my old account to be used again .
  The problem :
  1. Email for that account I forgot and did not remember the account password .
  2. Email for the account have not used and do not remember the password.
  3. When would perform account recovery request proof of ownership which I do not have it at all , transaction id , two step authenticator , an activation link .

  For those who know how to take back my account just emailed to me at (email visible only to moderators and staff)
