ACCOUNT RECOVERY

    When I logged in, I received a message that Jetpack cannot access my site and therefore my site is inaccessible . It also says that I don’t have access to my site and also i saw from the notification that someone logged in through an email link. How can recover my account?

    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Hello there,

    theweddingstyles.com is a site hosted with Bluehost and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org), whereas this forum deals with sites hosted through WordPress.com.

    The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org

    Your hosting provider may be able to help you with your issues since WordPress.com has no control over sites hosted elsewhere.
