Account Recovery

    I am trying to recover an account (I can provide the specific URL if required) – for some reason, it isn’t linked to the correct WordPress account. We don’t have the normal account verification items required to do this via the standard account recovery methods. However, on the site itself, there are links to our social media channels and the exact email address this WordPress account is set up with! Is there any way we can get this account recovered to the right place it should be?

    Hi can someone help us, I have the same problem. I don’t have my old number and the backup recovery codes anymore. But I have proof of account ownership I can provide. Unfortunately, only the password can be reset and i have done that, but still can’t access my account since it’s asking for verification code or backup recovery. Please help us, thanks so much.
