  Hi, I am having trouble recovering an account that is under the same email as this account (redacted). The URL is mckennapaige.com. I receive email updates for the mckennapaige.com website but when I try to login, it only brings me to this website (mckennasworld.blog). Is there a way for me to verify with you that mckennapaige.com is mine and recover it? It is still live so I would like to try to recover it if possible.

  Thanks for writing to us. I am a little confused about what exactly I can help with. Looking at our system I’m not finding a history of that domain in our system. It’s not possible to use the same email address for more than 1 user account on WordPress.com. Each account requires a unique email address.

  You might be able to regain access to the account by using the payment details from the upgrade on the account recovery form: https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/
