  I’d like to recover the account that accesses galblaasafwijking.com. The e-mail adress linked to it was (email visible only to moderators and staff). Unfortunately, I no longer have access to this e-mail adress as it was associated with a company i no longer work for. I tried to submit a proof of payment but the transaction ID seems invalid. Is it possible to e-mail a PDF with the proof of payment so i can re-access my account?

  Hi there!

  I checked our records and found no WordPress.com account that owns the site galblaasafwijking.com. In fact, this domain was never registered or hosted by us at WordPress.com. It could mean one of the following:

  1. There’s a typo in the domain. Please double-check to see if the domain is correctly spelled.
  2. You hosted the domain with a different hosting company, which means you used WordPress.org and not WordPress.com.

  We did find a different WordPress.com account with a slightly different version of the domain. If you need help with logging into that account, you can send the proof of payment that includes the transaction ID to passwordhelp@wordpress.com. Our account recovery team will get back to you via email.
