  Hello,
  our doamin ninedotsstudio.com has expired. We wanted to renew it, but we cannot manage to log back. We were pretty sure it was linked to (email visible only to moderators and staff) but apparently it says there is no account using that email.
  the user ninedotsstudio does seem to exist, but when we try reseting the password, we don’t receive any email.

  We tried using the account recovery feature but we don’t have any blog, we just have a domain.

  We do have a transaction id to prove our ownership.

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  If you have the transaction IDs for any charges on this account, you can use the Account Recovery form to prove that you own the website. Once you have done so, you can get assistance from the WordPress.com support team. To access the form, please go to:

  https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

  Please provide as much information as possible on the form, including an email address where the support team can contact you. The transaction ID can be found on your bank statement under “WordPress,” followed by a ten-digit letter/number code, which looks like this:

  WordPress XXXXXXXXXX

  I contact you here because I could not go through the account recovery form because we could not answer “What is the URL of the specific blog you are contacting us about?“
  We do not have any blog running on wordpress anymore, (used to be ninedotsstudio.com). We were using wordpress only as domain holder.

  Could you tell us what email is linked to the user ninedotsstudio? using “Forget password” does not send any email to what we thought was our email ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) since that’s the email we received the email regarding our domain expiry.

  Seems like the url was ninedotsstudio.wordpress.com, I was able to use the account recovery form.

  We finally were able to connect to our account. but we still cannot get our domain back. It says we need to contact support. I just did but just realized it is in the public forums.
