  Hello, I need help recovering an account please.

  I had a website with wordpress. URL is limitlesselectric.online

  And it’s now offline because the credit card on file was lost and replaced

  Can you help me recover it?

  Context: The website was originally under this account username: canaanmcgeesunnyservant or email: (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  But, that account has been deleted. I’ve tried the account recovery process using the account recovery form, but after submitting the form, it told me to reset the password, then I reset the password, and it told me to fill out the account recovery form again.

  Can you help me reactivate that account so that I can pay for the site a and restore it?

  I do not see any upgrades under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/

  Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login?
