  Hi there! I created this blog at many years ago. However, after I left, no one was managing it. Until today, I still get calls since my bio and contact details are on the website. I have no information that I can proof this except my profile and phone number on the website. Is there a way to deactivate this website so my personal details won’t be displayed on it anymore? Thanks!

  WordPress.com doesn’t delete sites on demand. You’ll have to proof one way or another you are the rightfull owner.

  That site is connected to another account of yours https://wordpress.com/forums/users/directresultsap/, so now you know the username directresultap.

  To know the email address connected to that site, just leave a commenton that site and check all of your email addresses, also take a look in the spam.
