Three sites of mine were shut down before I realized that WordPress billing emails were being sent to spam. Is there any way to get them back or to check if any data can be recovered?

Hi there!
Just so we know we’re looking at the right sites, can you share the link to the sites you’re referring to?
Thanks!

I also need help with account recovery! I sent a submission on November 29th and I still haven’t received anything. I am halfway through my trial period. I don’t want to be still locked out and be charged before I can really get a good sense of the plan. My account also says centralinkinternational.wpcomstaging.com is linked to another WordPress.com account.

@centralinkcorporation can you try sending yours in once more? I don’t see your request and I wonder if you submitted the form, got a message about the form, and needed to submit it once more but closed it instead. Please make sure it goes all the way through.
At some point, you may run into a situation in which you’ve lost access to your account. This guide will explain the steps to avoid getting locked out and how to recover your account if you cannot log in. Provide a Recovery Email and SMS Number In the event you don’t have access to your primary WordPress.com contact information, you can provide a backup email and SMS number to verify yourYou may also try emailing the correct info to
passwordhelp@wordpress.com. Or, if you can remember what email address you used to sign up, just log in with that. -
I resubmitted the request. How do I know it has gone through? I don’t see/get any message that my request has been submitted. I do get the message below at the top of the form after I hit the recover my account button.
If you can receive emails at the email address you have provided, you should be able to recover your account by filling out the lost password form with that email address. Please check your spam folder for the reset email. If you can’t receive emails at this email address, please use a different contact email and submit this form so we can contact you.
I haven’t received any message about the form since I submitted it last week.

Hey there,
When the form is submitted, our account recovery team will take a look and follow up with you directly so there is no automated response. We answer all emails on a first-come first-serve basis. If you wish to share the email you used when submitting the form, I can look up your ticket to ensure it has gone through if you would like.
Thanks! Looking forward to hearing from you.

I appreciate your confirmation, and I want to express understanding regarding the challenges you’re facing. It seems we currently don’t have any account recovery form emails associated with the provided email address.
However, I’d like to take a moment to ensure we address the specific issue causing you difficulty. Earlier you stated:

Are you currently experiencing difficulties accessing centralinkinternational.wpcomstaging.com? If that’s the case, the site is still linked to your @centralinkcorporation account, but there appears to be a disruption in the Jetpack connection, potentially affecting your access. I’ve taken the initiative to force a reconnection of the site. Could you please revisit your My Site dashboard at https://wordpress.com/sites and confirm if you can now access everything smoothly?
If your challenge extends beyond this matter, could you kindly provide more details about the account you’re attempting to recover? This information will assist us in offering more precise guidance tailored to your situation.
Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!

I did have difficulties accessing centralinkinternational.wpcomstaging.com. Under Purchases, it said I no longer had access to the eCommerce plan and the linked domain.
I do have access again! I do see the site under my sites. Thank you very much!!
