  I need help gaining access to a different account. I have proof of ownership, but am unable to submit the account recovery form. I added two factor authentication through Duo Mobile and then changed phones. I could gain access to the account if the two factor authentication method were changed from app to text. I can provide proof of ownership including the credit card number used to establish the domain on June 9, 2023. I need help from live support.
