  Hello,

  I had to create a new WordPress account just to be able to post this question.

  Back in [REDACTED], I created the site https://viatacaocalatorie.blog using a Personal plan. Everything worked fine until August 25, 2025, when it seems someone gained unauthorized access to my account and enabled two-step authentication. Since then, I’ve been completely locked out.

  I submitted the account recovery form and provided all the necessary details. After clicking “Recover Account,” the page didn’t change much — just a message appeared at the top asking me to reset my password. I followed that step, but now I’m being asked for a 6-digit code from the Authenticator app, which I never set up myself.

  I’d really appreciate guidance on how I can regain access to my original account.
