Account recovery

  Trying to recover an account I made a few years ago and changed the username/password for last year by mistake, using the account recovery form. I still have the original activation email (from 2013), but when I copy the URL into the proof of ownership section it comes up with the error message ‘The activation key does not appear to be valid’. Not sure whether only part of the URL is required, or if it no longer works?

  Hi there,

  Do you still have access to the email address you used for that account? Then you should be able to regain access by entering that on the Lost Password form:
