Account Recovery

I have lost the ability to logon to my account. It appears it is no longer associated with my email so I cannot do it through account recovery. I am desperate to get back in and I am the legal owner of the URL. please advise.

Another option if you do not have access to your email account would be to fill out the account recovery form. Here is the link:

Thanks for the help @jenlynnemc but I have already tried that. My account is hosted elsewhere and it won’t help you if that is the case. Just sends you into a circular route. Luckily I was able to get in today by typing in the full and very long destination to the admin privileges in the URL line. I was pretty proud of myself for thinking of that! And even happier I was able to get in. I was able to login through word press for the last couple years and was sent update emails to my email address. However I cannot anymore. They must of have changed something. Shame they don’t have anyone who could have helped me solve this mystery, but otherwise I am happy with their site.

I was installing a plugin for Google Analytics called Monster Insights. Then the website stopped working I can’t login now for nearly two weeks, nor can anybody access the website. The first thing we did was contact our internet server OVH to see was the problem them? But it wasn’t that so what do we do now??
