Account recovery

Hello,
I would like to recover an account owned by my sister.
She is enabled to connect to her account because she didn’t use it.
It’s been like a year since she used it and after changing her password, she don’t have the backup code and sms recovery because she change her phone number. The Authentification app didn’t work because she forgot the code as well.She need to recover her account to delete the blog . She’s a famous influencer in France, that’s why we have to find a solution.

Can you confirm the URL of the site your sister is having trouble accessing?
Just so you are aware, we will only be able to work with the account owner. Once I know which site your sister needs help with, I can look at the best way forward.

I’ve sent an email to the owner of that site. For security reasons, I can’t share this email address with you so please ask your sister to check her email accounts including the spam and social folders.
