Account Recovery

I purchased a site via Bluehost last August to reserve the URL. When I try to log in, it lets me access my account, but I can’t actually log in to update the site itself (theme, blog, etc.). Your account recovery form asks for the transaction ID/activation URL/codes, but I don’t have any of those. The last communication I had from last August was an email confirmation button, and when I click on that, it says it’s invalid. Can you please help me recover my account so I can get what I paid for? Thank you!
