  I’ve been trying to access our webpage for a year. We lost access to our email associated with the account. We finally had a charge go through our bank last week from WordPress so I sent that receipt number from the bank registry asking to reset our password and switch to a new email (this one). They sent me a new password but it’s not showing the webpage as associated with this email. HELP! the webpage is for our business. We either need to be able to get back to it or learn how to take the domain name to a different host site. this is ridiculous!!!

  don’t have password. one I have isn’t working but I don’t remember ever changing it.

  Hi my name is Catalina Ruiz. I had a website: catalinaruizuf.wordpress.com for my personal portfolio. I had the email as my University email account but they deactivated it. Because of this, I cannot login into my website. I do not have proof of ownership because the account verification code was in my email, which i do not have access to. My email was (email visible only to moderators and staff). Is there anyway you can help me recover my account? Thank you!
