  I register another blog which is knoxwu.com, however, I forgot my login(the email I use), how can I recover, I have credit card bill with transaction details, can anyone contact me in private so that I can give those information to prove my ownership?

  Yes. Please complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access.

  Hello,

  I tried there, but it told me the transaction ID is not right,(which make sense as I only see one number from credit card, not even remember transaction in my Paypal)

  I am blocked there hence no other way around.

  I cannot find the account recovery form you submitted – can you tell me the email address you used? Please note our system will hide the email so that only I can view it.

  Also note that all our payments are processed by PayPal (even if you paid directly with a credit card).

  PayPal can provide you with this transaction ID that we can then verify on our end. It’s a 17-digit number. You can reach them at these numbers:

  1-888-221-1161
  1-402-935-2050 (if calling from outside the U.S.)

  You can find additional ways to contact PayPal here:

  https://www.paypal.com/us/contactus

  When contacting PayPal, please have the following details of the transaction ready:

  – Name on card
  – Amount and date of transaction
  – Card number

  Once we can verify that PayPal transaction ID our team will be able to recover the account for you.

  Hi Grace,
  Of course you can not find it, because I can not submit the form without inputting the data required in the form to prove my ownership.(by saying that I mean I only have transaction ID in credit card bank statement, not paypal or other stuff)

  My email is (email visible only to moderators and staff), of course if you can tell me the login for that account, I might be able to recall my password of that email, the tricky thing is I even forgot that email.

  I will contact paypal now and let you know the status.

  If you do not have any one of the forms of verification, you will not be allowed into the account under any circumstances for security reasons. If you get the PayPal transaction ID, fill out the form and you can recover your account.

  I called them, there’s no correlated answer from their stupid A.I. answering machine, can you help to recover my email at least?
  just F.Y.I., in my bank statement it is clearly mentioned your website other than theirs:

  Are you sure I should contact them?
