  Hi I need to recover my other website info, but I only have my domain name. The email I used to register that account does not exist anymore

  The account can only be recovered with proof of ownership submitted via the account recovery form: https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/

  It sounds like you had a paid upgrade and you should be able to retrieve a transaction or receipt id to provide such proof.
