I hired a web designer- Janet from JR web solution to create this website- http://www.rubylam.com.au through wordpress for me, but this lady went disappear and can’t be contacted at all.
My appointment booking function is not working in the website and I don’t have the login email and password to go into WordPress to fix it, as Janet always look after it, but I can’t contact her to get this details. Would you please help me to recover my website account ASAP.
I attached the invoice I paid JR web solution to maintenance my website (WordPress) and I also attached I owned this domain from Crazy domain to prove I am the owner of this website. -

I can see your site is not hosted on WordPress.com but on a self-hosted WordPress.org site. You’ll find the difference here:https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
