Dear Sirs. Since, I didn’t re-new my account can I still use it? I have upgraded it almost 3 years ago, and I have paid 2 annual fees. Last year I haven’t re-new it. Can I renew it now and how? Because I can’t get into my account. How I can recover my account? I have tried, but it ask me for transaction ID, I don’t have it, because I can’t find any emails about my transaction and I can’t get into my account. Please help. Ana

Of which site are you speaking? The account you’re using to post here has never bought any upgrades from us.
If you’re speaking of a different account that you cannot access any more, we can only give you access if you’re able to verify that you own the site. The only way to do that is via our account recovery form:
Transaction IDs can also be found directly on your credit card statement, or can be requested from PayPal for payments that were processed by them.

It’s an old account that I would like to re-new. I have tried to use recovery form, but I don’t have emails that can confirm my ownership, apart from the one that ask me to re-new my account.
I can also ask tomorrow in my bank to give me the number of (annual) transaction that was taken from you from my bank account in 2016. and 2017. Is it enough to prove my ownership of the account? And what I should ask them exactly to give me?
Can I prove my ownership if I send you my ID or passport, as the name of the site is my name and my surname?

The bank account and what not will not work. But you can send a transaction ID from a previous purchase. We’ll reach out privately so you can send that without publishing it publicly.

Ok, I’ve been in the bank. What I discovered that it’s actually third year in a row that I’m paying for my account. So last was paid 15. March 2018., which means it’s still valid. So, I guess I just don’t know how to access it, because I’ve opened another one 2 years ago that is not premium, and it constantly redirect me to that one. Whenever I want to enter or change password it keeps changing the account that is not premium. I don’t remember what email, username and password I used for the premium one. So, can you please help me how to enter to my premium account? Thank you in advance.

I don’t know to how to respond to that automated email. It leads me to account recovery form, but I don’t know to fill up that form. I have number of transaction ID from the bank, but when I write it in account recovery form it ask me also my activation URL or key (which I don’t know) and 2 factor authentication codes (which I also don’t know). Is there any other way how I can send my transaction ID?

I really don’t know how to do it. When I enter transaction ID it says ‘The receipt does not appear to be valid’. My Transaction ID is 15-digit number + I have transaction from WPCHRG and [redacted], from year 2018 and 2017. I don’t know what other kind of Transaction ID it ask me for? Now I’m in temptation to give it publicly, so that you can help me more easily, because I feel desperate and unable to solve this problem. I don’t know what to do with automated emails and forms. I hope that there is easier way to solve my problem?

Hi, could you please help me login to my very old account of 10 years ago? I dont know what email I used, but tried everyone I have now. Also I do not have any of the required tokens or codes you ask for in the recovery form. But you can see my name on the blog and even my email and links to my ‘new’ site. I hope that will help? Most content is even double. I found this old haareigenzaak.wordpress.com by accident today in Bings search. I forgot about it, because I started over on http://www.haareigenzaak.nl over 10 years ago! It would really help me if you could find another way for me to identify myself.

Thanks for your mail. As I was asking, my email and password of an old wordpress site are lost. I dont even remember wich ones I used, because it was almost 10 years ago. I started hosting my site elsewhere an got the URL http://www.haareigenzaak.nl in stead of haareigenzaak.wordpress.com. But in the search results in Bing I stumbled upon this old wordpress.com site, which I would like to get acces to or delete. It had similar conent with my name and contact info on it, but the three tokens or codes in the recovery from you ask are not available to me. Can you help me find another way to identify myself?
This time I logged in with my @haareigenzaak account by the way!

You’ve signed in to a different account than what you originally posted with, but it is still not the correct account. We need you to sign in to the correct account in order to proceed with anything.
As previously mentioned, it’d be great if you can open up your own, new forum thread. This helps us with efficiency in replies.
Add a new post, and then find the tags section on the right hand side of the screen. Add the “modlook” tag there in the box and it will be put in our queue.
