  Hello Team,

  This is in reference to my blog through a different account – chihuahuin.wordpress.com. I have had to use this account to request a support ticket, because I can’t access that at all.

  I activated 2-factor authentication on it. I have the mobile number that I linked to it but I don’t get the txt msg when I ask for it. I don’t have the backup codes. And now when I try to log in I’m not getting the verification code, although the screen says it’s sent I don’t get it.

  Hi –

  Please check with your cellular carrier to make sure they aren’t blocking those sms messages. Normally the codes will come through in just a few minutes. If you’er on wifi, you could try disabling wifi, or vise versa to see if it helps.

  I didn’t work :( They said it might be the prefix (+52). Sometimes you need to write the “+” sometimes you don’t. They suggested me that the solution would be to change the number on the database.
