Account Recovery Access [No URL Hosted with WP.com]

  I have a WP.com account in order to purchase WooCommerce extensions, etc. This is a different account to the one I’m logged into right now.

  The other account has SMS 2FA but the text messages are not being delivered to my phone.
  I’ve lost my backup codes (I’m fanatic about saving these so this is most frustrating).
  I’ve tried using the Account Recovery – Support form, but without a WP.com hosted URL, it won’t let me go through the process (even though I do have transactions IDs from previous purchases.

  This is very frustrating. There doesn’t seem to be any other way to access my account or contact support to get access to my account. (Yes, I realise this is a security issue – but the biggest issue is that the SMS 2FA texts are NOT being delivered to my phone. This has always worked in the past, so I am unsure why this is not working now).

  I would appreciate assistance with this, so that I can complete the Woo Commerce Extension licenses renewal. Thanks.
