Account Recovery After Ownership Change

  Hi there, the previous owners of the Moustache Joes restaurant had setup this WordPress account and are not available to provide any account recovery options. https://moustachejoes.wordpress.com/

  Ownership of the restaurant has changed. We need to remove or edit the menu ASAP. People are reference items that are not available anymore and it’s causing a lot of confusion. Please let me know what you need to proceed.

  Hi there,

  Only the account that owns a site can transfer ownership of the site to another account. We cannot transfer the account/site to you under any circumstances without the current owner’s consent. We also can’t make any changes to the site unless requested by the account that owns the site.

  If you don’t have a way to contact the owner of the site or don’t have any of the forms of verification required on the account recovery form, I’m afraid there is nothing more we can do.
