Account recovery – All credentials lost
-
Hi all, I filled the assisted account form but no one is replying to the address I specified.
I strongly need to delete one post in one old blog not used from some time, as a change in the privacy level of a reader determined this mandatory request.
The problem is I lost all the credentials and passwords to access the blog panel, as the registration email address was deleted with all the info in it, included the activation URLs.
The blog is the following:
http://lattenzione.wordpress.com/
I need to delete the following post:
How can I contact some reference assistance by mail ? The assisted account recovery does not reply.
Many thanks in advance for your help.
Massimo

Hi there,
What is the email that you sent the account recovery form under? Our system will automatically take out the email address. Only staff like myself will be able to see it.
Thank you!

In any case the email address above was set in the field “What email address should we contact you at?” at the following link
https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
No reply at the moment, I sent it on last Sunday and then, fearing of having done it wrong I re-tried on Tue Aug 26th
