Account Recovery – Email Deleted (Cannot access proof of ownership)

  Hi, I am trying to recover my account from a previous email address that has since been deleted (maharros000 is my username; it was a school email, which gets deleted after graduation).

  I am no longer able to access my account or site. I made it in 2015 before duo authentication so I don’t think there’s any other way to access it. What can I do to retrieve my account?

  Hi @rosiemaharj, the account was deleted some time ago, and unfortunately we can’t retrieve it at this point.

  Is there a live site you’re trying to access? If so, it was not under that username, so you can try these options to recover access:
