Account recovery – email no longer available

  I have being trying to recover my account https://topwaterlimited.wordpress.com/.

  The problem is that the email address I used to set up the account is now defunct and I have no access to it. In the account recovery process it asks for various validations of ID, all of which would have been sent to my email address, which is now defunct. It is a circular problem; my email is dead so I want to reactive the account but you have sent the validations to my dead email.

  The dead email address is (email visible only to moderators and staff).

  My new email is (email visible only to moderators and staff).

  fixed my own problem by randomly remembering my old password. I was then able to log in and change the account settings.

  I can’t login to my account http://enriquezarte.org/en/what-is-enriquezarte/

  I was installing a plugin for Google Analytics called Monster Insights. Then the website stopped working I can’t login now for nearly two weeks, nor can anybody access the website. The first thing we did was contact our internet server OVH to see was the problem them? But it wasn’t that so what do we do now??
