Account recovery email not received

Using a new browser, lost password to (email visible only to moderators and staff) went to password recovery but after 5-6 attempts still haven’t got the mail. Had to set up a new account as I couldn’t access the forums without an account and couldn’t get into my account to access the forums!
I’ve checked my spellings and EVERY folder including spam but still no joy.
I’ve only ever had 2 email accounts and I’ve checked them both several times with no joy.Please help me!!

Do you remember your old username? (Your current username is grethron1). By the way, your email address gets redacted when you post it over here. May be you can spell it as ‘youremailaddress at gmail.com’. That should help.

I’d have probably called it Grethron and I used it to try and get a password reset but still no joy. The system accepted it and said the name was in use when I opened this new account so I assume it was me as I came up with that name years ago.
It should be noted I was getting emails to gavin.ough at yahoo.com regarding posts before all this so I know it is the right address. -
Just realised I didn’t get an email to say you’d replied to this, I was just checking on the off chance someone had.

Ignore that last bit, I did get a message but to the address associated with this new account – duh.

I do I really do. Still had no communications to the original account, I had to create a NEW account just to be able to get into the support forums!!

I’ve replied about four-five times now and got nothing back. Any other ideas?
