Account recovery email not working

Hi I transferred my domain from Google to WordPress last year, and I currently am not receiving emails because of my host (hostgator). I need to change my nameservers to move to another host, but my login email is using my suspended domain.
I have a gmail recovery email setup and tried lost/ reset password several times but I don’t get anything from WordPress on my recovery email.
I tried resetting the password using my recovery email, and WordPress.com created a new account instead (which I’m using to post this).
I have proof of ownership of my domain from Google and ICANN and still have a working Google workspace account for it as proof. I’ve tried using the account recovery form but since it was a transfer of domain,
1) There was no purchase hence no transaction ID in my bank statements
2) I can’t locate the initial email with the activation URL (I may have deleted it already)
3) I did not setup two factor authorization
Really hope someone can help! Thank you very much.

I am trying to recover our business email address, (email visible only to moderators and staff). It has disappeared, but vendors are sending invoices there. Both Deluxe and Host Papa have suggested that we try WordPress since that is our website domain. I am new to this position and don’t have a lot of background information to go on.
