Account Recovery for a very old client…
-
Hey all.
Someone created a personal blog for a client ages ago ( http://bit.do/eKgAJ ) – unfortunately, I am incapable of retrieving any info about associated email, nor potential Transaction ID, nor Activation URL, nor Two Factor authentification.
Since this is a personal website, should I get a lawyer to fax request for access with client’s documents (passport) ? – or is there a way to request access ?
Note : this access is to close the blog down, maybe this could help/simplify the process.
Thanks for your help!

We as volunteers in the forum could also have suggested the same as above. After this point is when we as volunteers cannot help you any further. I am tagging a staff member to this post for further assistance. A staff member will get in touch with you shortly.
Hope this points you in the right direction of help.
