Account recovery for woocommerce plugins

  Hello,

  I am trying to log in with our wordpress account, but the login system tells me

  Your account has been blocked as a security precaution. To continue, you must reset your password.

  However, when I try to reset the password, we never get the email. it’s been several hours and attempts now.

  I try the account recovery, since we have order Ids and such, but it asks for a specific blog on wordpress.com. However, we do not use wordpress.com to host sites, only to manage our woocommerce plugins.

  Is there anyway we can can get this account unblocked?
