  How long it take for Happiness Engineer to consider who the real owner of a blog.
  I filled all the required in account recovery form 5 days ago and no answers.

  I opened, paid for the domain, upgraded and renewed the blog at address cdnth6875.com
  Somebody changed password, primary email and phone number to receive recovery code by SMS.
  Only way I can do is filled out the account recovery form. I made 3 form request with transaction IDs 5 days ago.

  We have been rather backlogged with a ridiculous amount of account recover requests each day, but we made a very large push today. If you did contact us 5 days ago, you should have received a reply today.
