Account recovery form is not working for my situation

I mistakenly delete an account, which had an email address that I need to use. The account recovery form requires me to answer “What is the URL of the specific blog you are contacting us about?”
I don’t have a specific blog; I’m simply trying to recover an email address.

Hi there, thank you for reaching out and for your patience. Just to help clarify, our Account Recovery form can be used to regain access to another account that is still active, but it is not meant to restore an account that has been recently closed.
Instead, if you still have access to the email address that was linked to this closed account, please locate the confirmation message you received after the account closure; there should be an option to click “Restore account” in the same message.
You can also contact our support team by replying to the same confirmation message. We can assist you with reopening the account through that verified email reply, which will release the address if you would like to switch or use it before the 30-day wait period.
