account recovery form says my receipt is invalid

  I am trying to recover the password for the account zamonthly (my secondary wordpress account created for professional projects). When I input a paypal receipt number, it says the receipt is invalid. (I’ve tried two different receipts with the same effect).

  I have the receipts in my email and can forward them to show that I pay $99 a year for http://www.zamonthly.wordpress.com.
