Account Recovery (GoDaddy Purchased WordPress)

    Hello,

    I purchased Basic Managed WordPress Websites via GoDaddy several months ago to build my website and it was on auto-renewal but for some reason, the auto payment was not processed and my website got shut down. I need to access my WordPress account to recover it however, I don’t know my password or the email account linked to it. I only know my username which is kaanaltan. I can provide receipts and other info as needed.

    Hi there,

    Your sites were hosted with GoDaddy.com, not with us on WordPress.com, and you’ve been paying GoDaddy for those sites, not us. We’ve never had any access to your sites with them, and we have no information at all regarding those sites. We cannot help you regain access to them.

    Please contact support at GoDaddy for help with this.
