Account Recovery – I dont have the information the Recovery form is asking for.

I have a website that I forgot I had and would like to access it. I don’t remember the email address associated with the account, or if I even still have access to that email address. How do I get help with this?

If you aren’t able to provide any of the information mentioned in the Account Recovery guide, then we won’t be able to help you recover the account.
We have a strict policy in place to protect our users from third parties who might try to use our support system to gain access to other users’ accounts.

This account was open a long time ago, who keeps information like transaction ids, or activation keys and urls? I cant remember my username and the email address used I probably don’t have access to. Not every person keeps all the information they’ve had in the last 15 years.
I gave you the name of the person who owns the account, (me). There isn’t some other questions or information I can give? If it wasn’t my account, I wouldn’t even bother.

I understand that this may be frustrating but I’m sure you wouldn’t like someone to be given access to your account just because they said they were you. When you create your account we do not ask you for your personal data so we can’t use it to help you regain access to the account.
As @fstat mentioned, we have a very strict policy about account recovery.

Well, then I suggest coming up with an easier way for people to recover an account instead of information that most people don’t keep. I find it hard to believe that there is no way you can even try to help me recover my account.
