Account recovery is a joke

  Account recovery has never ever worked in wP. Many times I have been logged out by WP and I have to access again. First, it tells me my password is not correct, although it is. Then I ask to reset my password, to which WP asks me for my email. I type and send my email, and WP says I will receive an email with the pasword reste. It has NEVER; NEVER, come. II have kist many days of work because of this. Today included. It is almst 18:00 and the day was wasted because WP does not answer one miserable email. Are you serious?
