Account recovery: no response after four days. What to do?

    Greetings,

    My blog is http://emersoninhebrew.wordpress.com/. It is *NOT* the one mentioned below, which I put simply because I had to. I’ve lost the password to my blog and got locked out. The email address associated with this account no longer exists, although I do have all emails saved on Thunderbird. I filled a recovery request four days ago and provided the activation URL but received no response so far. Should I keep waiting? Submit another request form? Do something else?

    I’m sorry you have waited so long. How long it takes Staff to clear support tickets depends on how many Happiness Engineers are working on them at any given point in time. It also depends on how complex the issues in each thread and ticket are are. All I can say is you have to be patient while waiting.
