Account recovery not working

  Hello,

  I currently cannot access the gmail account that is associated with the wp website I’m trying to login to. Password recovery does not work since I can’t even access the gmail account that is associated with it.

  Account recovery should be able to do the trick since I have my PayPal transactionID on hand, however whenever I try it submit the information, it says my transactionID is not valid.

  Can you send a link to the site you are having trouble logging in to? Please don’t post any transaction information here as these forums are a public place.
