Account Recovery Procedure does not work.

    Hello, I am seeking to access an old account. The problem is that I never received the email with the activation key or any other email. An intern had created the website and switched the email to my current one but I never received an email. I have a history of the passwords associated with the account and the email address too but am unable to find support or connect with anyone that will help recover my account. What should I do?
