Account Recovery procedure is not working for me.

The account recovery procedure will not recognize my wordpress website and transaction ids. I received help on August 31, 2022 and since then I’m unable to sign in to my website. Here is the chat:

Two questions: 1) I started out this website with the domain and name of greatergrandforksdems.org and then we changed we changed the name to northernvalleydemnpl.org I would like to stop paying for the old one and the email that I have going with it. Will anything happen to my website if I do that? I am looking at going to the next plan that is $25 a month. Am I able to have a membership portal with that plan?

When you search for plugins I recommend searching them first in https://wordpress.org/plugins/, while not all are there, those have been curated so there’s a first filter already

search for those who have been updated recently, which are being used a lot and are ready for the latest updates of WordPress

This will send all the info you have to our account recovery team, and from there they will contact you directly to assist you in regaining access to the account that owns the site you are trying to access.

I went to the last annual credit card payment for Sept 2021 and entered the receipt number into the Account Recovery procedure form. However, the message I received said “the receipt does not appear to be valid.” The annual renewal is coming due again September 17th. I don’t know what to do next. I think that the receipt is trying to match to the former greatergrandforksdems.org which we changed the name to northernvalleydemnpl.org.
When I go to my website https://northernvalleydemnpl.org/ and click on the “My Site” I do not have access. I no longer have access to greatergrandforksdems.org.
Please advise.

That is what changed on August 31st when I worked with WordPress Chat help. A few years ago I set the website up with greatergrandforksdems.org as the domain with an email account. The contact email then was (email visible only to moderators and staff). A couple of years ago we changed the name to this domain https://northernvalleydemnpl.org/ and also have an email account.
On August 31st I asked for help to safely let go of greatergrandforksdems.org. The Chat assistant person helped me. I copied the email in my first entry. Now I can no longer access my website: northernvalleydemnpl.org.
The Account recovery process does not recognize greatergrandforkdems.org so nothing matches the receipts I have from the past few years.
I don’t know what to do next? How can I have access to my website: https://northernvalleydemnpl.org/

I have the August 31st Credit Receipt for $3.50 that I received for the monthly email charge for the greatergrandsforksdems.org email account. Would that information help validate my accounts?

It should, yes. However, you need to enter the transaction ID from that charge. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as
WordPressfollowed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:WordPress XXXXXXXXXX -
